The culmination of decades of Waldorf experience, training, and research, the Micha-el Institute's Micha-el Curriculum is a rigorous, three-year teacher training, education, and preparation program based on the work and indications of Rudolf Steiner. Named for the the spirit of the present age, the Micha-el Curriculum was specifically developed to be particularly relevant and meaningful for the people of this present time. As a result, the Micha-el Institute has already prepared and equipped a generation of teachers to work inspirationally in Waldorf-inspired schools and settings around the world.
Waldorf Inspired Teacher Training Programs
Our teacher training programs offer the most comprehensive certificates available for Early Childhood and Grades teachers. They are taught according to a natural rhythm on a rotating year-long basis, so that beginning teachers-in-training are learning and growing alongside senior classmates. And all of our classes are taught in the evenings, on weekends, and for a few weeks each summer, so students with work or family obligations can still participate fully in all that the Micha-el Institute has to offer!
